Punishment for finishing last

It escalates.

2025 Loser must go to a RubberDucks game and, with at least 2 Home Depot buckets, 2 pans and 2 drumsticks, drum for the 60 minutes before first pitch with a cardboard sign reading "I Suck at Fantasy Football". Friday or Saturday night. Five people other than the drummer have to be there for it to count. The drummer keeps the money. Fail to do it by the next draft and you forfeit your next 1st through 5th round picks AND are ineligible to win money the following year.
